Unfortunately that function only works in some OS/Driver/Card combinations, it is not always available.

Interestingly, since I got this processor I’ve seen a number of other people running it on the same or very similar Gigabyte boards at about the same speed I am. I may have been looking at too many hardcore overclockers forums to gauge what speeds I should be getting.
