I am running Vista 64 Business.
Yesterday everything was fine with my PC and I shut it down. This morning, lots of my programs refuse to run (msn messenger, firefox, skype, wow etc) and give this error:

My other computer spec:
- ASUS P5K-SE mainboard
- Intel Duo Core 2 @ 2.66Ghz/1333FSB
- Corsair DDR2 2GB PC-5300/667
