I’ve had it with this 200mHz linksys WRT54G.. I have the latest DD-WRT firmware and it’s been horrible lately. I’m wanting to just ditch it and use a box as the router. I’ll probably use a p3 with 256mb or something roughly equivalent.

If you want to pirate then its easy enough to do straight from MS. I think those sites have a place or at least had a place when XP’s Windows Update was IE-based. I hated installing the WGA stuff. It could get pretty annoying jumping through Microsoft’s hoops just to get an update.

Not sure if this is the right section but, what programs do you run on customers computers to get their PC running at top speed?
Here’s what i do to get rid of viruses/spyware and other crap:
-download and install FREE AVG, SPYBOT, and ADAWARE
-Uninstall crap programs
-Run Msconfig
-Disk cleanup and defrag
